Maintenance and Cleaning

Returns and Exchanges
Return Period: 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition: The clock must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received. If the product is damaged or incomplete upon return, the cost of the damage or missing parts will be deducted from the refund.

Tools Included: All necessary tools and equipment for setup are included in the package.
Note: If your wall is made of plasterboard/drywall, please inform us during the order process. Special mounting materials will be provided for plasterboard walls.

24-month warranty for the clock mechanism to ensure long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
Free Shipping for Repairs (First 6 Months):
If any mechanism issue arises within the first 6 months, both mechanism repair or replacement and shipping costs will be covered by us.
Affordable Shipping After 6 Months:
From months 7–24, the mechanism repair or replacement remains free, with a fixed shipping fee of $20 USD for international customers.
Quality Assurance:
All products are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards and undergo a detailed quality control process.
Technical Support:
Free technical support is provided during the warranty period.
We are committed to promptly providing repair or replacement services to ensure your satisfaction.
Important Information
