DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

Mclocks.store will be briefly referred to as Mclocks in the text below.

DELIVERY

Ordered products are shipped from Turkey within 5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product information page. Depending on the delivery address given by the customer, it is delivered within 5 working days from the time it is shipped.

If a special order is given to a person, institution or organization, the preparation time of the product is extended. In this case, the estimated delivery time should be confirmed before ordering.

Within one business day of receiving special orders, the www.mclocks.store team will contact the customer regarding the dates and confirm the details.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

Mclocks acts within the framework of the 'Consumer Protection Law' in return transactions. The ability to return a product from Mclocks is subject to the following conditions:

Some of Mclocks products are non-refundable as they are sold with an activation code.

For products that do not have an activation code, the packaging must be opened, used, destroyed, etc. Returns of such products are not accepted. Returns must be made with the original packaging.

Any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use etc. on the product and its packaging. In cases where situations are detected and the product is not returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us info@mclocks.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

PRODUCTS WITH CANCELLATION AND REFUND

For shipments made in accordance with the return conditions, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.

The products to be returned must be delivered to Mclocks by the cargo companies which is proper for you.

If the damaged and defective products reach Mclocks within the first 7 days after the delivery date, the shipping fee will be covered by Mclocks. Otherwise, the fee belongs to the customer.

Damaged and replacement products are processed within 3 (three) working days after they reach Mclocks.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURES

After the return of the product is processed in Mclocks, the determination of the problem may vary from product to product, and results can be obtained in 1 to 3 weeks. Sometimes, depending on the content and situation of the problem, it can happen when this period exceeds 3 weeks. At the end of this period, the information obtained is delivered to the customer without delay.

The return of the product must be made with the invoice.
